How It Works

Complete our service request form and upload your documents. We review your documents for service requirements and assign the case to a qualified local process server who knows the area and court rules.

Complete Service Request Form and Upload Documents

We will assign a qualified process server based upon the information provided. We print your documents and assign a local, experienced process server to serve your documents in compliance with applicable laws. You will receive email confirmation when it is assigned.

Service of Documents

We have a skilled and experienced roster of process servers. Our process servers are current or former law enforcement officers with developed skills and resources to efficiently find people in our community. We will attempt service within three days of your order.

Delivery Completed

We will return the Affidavit of Service to you promptly upon completion of service. Notary services are included. In the event of non-service, we will provide a thorough and completed Affidavit of Non-Service complaint with applicable laws. The goal is to provide a reliable and stress free experience.
